First day: Departure from Bariloche at 9:00 a.m. We will take you to our camp base in Alto Ñirihuau. After the accommodation we will prepare our ski equipment or the snow shoes. Our equipment will be ready to be transported by the horses or on slides. We will start going upwards to the Shelter which is at a height of 1450 m, this will take us 4 hours approximately. We will get to the shelter at about 4:00 p.m. On our way we will have the opportunity to go through an unexplored Lenga Wood and the cliffs with an extraordinary view of the snowed Andes.
Second day: After a breakfast surrounded by the High Mountain Valley full of show we will go out to explore Nature in the surrounding area of the shelter. We can get to the Panoramic Point and enjoy the view of the steppe, Roca del Cóndor and the unbelievable snowed Andes from there. Once we have passed the edge of the cliffs we can ski down the easy slopes on our ski-boards, pure fun. This valley and its surrounding mountains offer a great number of options for touring with different levels of difficulties and different duration. We can organize tours which can last up to 6 days if you like, always with qualified crosscountry ski guides.
Third day: We go back to Ñirihuau Valley enjoying skiing downwards along the soft and easy slopes without unnecessary risks. Using our snowshoes and horses we will take the forest trail. After enjoying the spectacular view of the Ñirihuau range we arrive at the valley, where we will have the opportunity to visit an Estancia. Once we are back at the camp base we will enjoy our last, country and typical dinner specially cooked by the local guide´s family. We will return to Bariloche at 8:00 p.m.
